If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the 'Return' option next to your recent order to generate a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
